Why don’t I see Admin?

Admin only appears when your permission group includes administrative access. Ask your administrator if you need it.

Why is the sidenav item called Permissions but the page says Permission Groups?

The sidenav label is Permissions. The page title is Permission Groups. Both refer to the same feature.

Why does Tags open Tag Groups?

The sidenav label is Tags. The page title is Tag Groups.

Can I use ReStore on my phone?

Your organization may enable a mobile app. Ask your administrator whether mobile access is turned on for your account. Mobile layouts can differ; see Sign in and First steps.

Who do I contact for help?

Use Contact Support or Knowledge Hub in the user menu. Unauthorized pages also reference support@restoreforretail.com and your administrator.

Are Bulletins supported?

No. Bulletins are obsolete and should not be used.
