What is ReStore for Retail?
ReStore for Retail is the workspace your retail organization uses to communicate work to be done in stores, capture structured information in reports, and review results.
What you can do
Depending on your permissions, you can:
- Open a project and work in Tasks, Reports, Gallery, Dashboard, and Broadcasts
- Complete assigned tasks and submit required reports
- Browse media in the gallery and review scores on the dashboard
- Administer users, stores, projects, and templates on the web (Admin)
Web
At the top of the web app you may see:
- Admin — organization setup (users, stores, projects, templates, and more)
- My Projects — day-to-day project work
Within a project, the sidenav includes Dashboard, Reports, Tasks, Gallery, and Broadcasts.
Mobile
ReStore mobile is for people who work a live Project in the field or on the go. After you sign in and select a project, you move between three tabs at the bottom of the screen:
- Tasks — work assigned to you, created by you, or that you are copied on
- Reports — forms your project uses (store visits, checklists, and similar)
- Gallery — photos and videos collected on the project
Open Broadcasts from the megaphone control (not a bottom tab). Use the menu for Change project, Account, Knowledge Hub, Contact Support, and Log out.
What you cannot do on mobile
You cannot create organisation users, permission groups, stores, or report templates in the app. Those are configured on the web. You also cannot keep editing if your device is offline.
