Review media captured in the project.
Who can do this
People who can view media on the current project. On web, Gallery appears in the project sidenav. Some actions (edit, share, request a zip) depend on access.
Before you begin
Open the correct project.
Steps — Web
- Open the project and select Gallery.
- Browse and filter media using the controls on the page.
- Open an item to view details and any reactions available to you.
- To request a zip of selected photos, select the items you want, then select Request Photo.
- When the request starts, you see a message that your photos are being processed. You will get an email when the file is ready. You can also track progress on Downloads in your account menu.
- Open the user menu and select Downloads. When a request shows Finished, select Download.
Steps — Mobile
- Open the Gallery tab.
- Scroll the gallery, or open filters to narrow by store, date, or other options you are offered.
- Tap an item to preview it.
- Add a comment or reaction if you need to discuss the item.
- Use share when you need to send the file out of the app.
- Edit a photo only when the editor is available for that item.
What happens next
- Web: gallery content reflects media from tasks and reports you are allowed to see. Download links stay available for 7 days after you request them; after that, request the export again.
- Mobile: comments and reactions are visible to teammates who can open the same item. Shared files leave the app through the device share sheet.
Troubleshooting
