Coordinators and tenant administrators
If you create work, copy yourself on tasks, or set up the organization, you typically follow the whole project and use Admin on the web.
The product does not show a job title named “manager” or “tenant administrator”. Access comes from the permission group your organisation assigned. Organisations customise those names.
What you can do on the web
Typically under Admin (as permitted):
- Manage users
- Manage permission groups
- Manage stores and brands
- Manage projects
- Manage templates
- Manage tags, pillars, and media categories
- Create and assign tasks
- Create broadcasts
What you can do on mobile
- Select a project and open Project Dashboard from the menu when you need the web view
- Review All tasks (if you have access) and follow up from Created by me or CC'd on
- Create a task when that action is shown
- Send reminders from a task when that action is shown
- Read broadcasts and ask someone with web access to send new ones
- Help teammates who see permission errors
Common workflow (web admin)
- Create or import users and assign permission groups.
- Create stores (and brands as needed).
- Create a project and assign people, stores, and templates.
- Publish templates and create initial tasks or broadcasts.
- Monitor Reports and Dashboard.
Common workflow (mobile coordinator)
- Select the project.
- Scan All or Created by me for overdue or unsubmitted work.
- Open a task to comment, remind, or check the linked report.
- Use Change project when you cover more than one engagement.
Access limitations
Tenant administrators do not use super-tenant-only tools such as Tenants, Feature Flags, or ReStore Analytics unless they also have platform operator access.
User, store, and template setup stay on the web. Creating broadcasts is not available in the app. If you cannot see All, your group does not include that view.
